Support

Bugs, Features and Issues
NotWired's preferred method of support is through our issue tracking system. NotWired's support staff monitors the issues, prioritizes them and works on a resolution as quickly as possible.

Online Support

Internet Access
Internet Connectivity. A modem of 56K speed is recommended. For greater performance, NotWired recommends a dedicated ISDN , DSL, cable modem or T1 line.

Wireless Access
NotWired provides both a PQA (Palm Query Application) and a WML (Wireless Markup Language) interface. To see if your wireless device is supported, check this chart. You can download the PQA file here.

Hardware Requirements
A Intel based Pentium-based or equivalent processors, with the lastest browser (see below). In addition, computers should have at least 64 MB of RAM.

Software Requirements
All of the following applications and updates are provided for free, and may be downloaded by selecting Help from your Browser main screen and choosing the Product Updates selection. Alternately you can download the browser updates via the following URL's.
