NotWired uses the same industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol that
the majority of all e-commerce and financial service providers use to for purchases and
financial transactions. NotWired will enable strong 128-bit SSL
encryption with U.S. versions of Microsoft and Netscape browsers, and industry 40-bit SSL
with non-U.S. version browsers. Each time you log in to NotWired, you can choose to use
SSL to encrypt your information.
Organization ID, User ID, Passwords and PINs
We require logins to access the NotWired system. Your login information is stored
encrypted in our security database behind secure firewalls which makes it unusable in the
event of fraudulent activity on our site.
Firewalls and
physical security
NotWired production servers are hosted at
state-of-the-art data centers by multiple industry leaders. Data centers contain
firewalls, monitoring and a 24-hour staff to make sure your data is safe, secure, and
available to you at all times.
Access Rights
Each NotWired member is assigned access rights by their Administrator. Access
rights will allow you to access information you are allowed to access but not information
that is not yours. Conversely, no one can access your data without access rights. Only
your organization ID, user ID and password combination in our three-key authentication
system will allow you access to your data. |
