NotWired will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that customer's permission. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal and organization information will be treated as you make full use of our many offerings. Who may use NotWired

Everyone over 13 years of age may use NotWired.

What information this site gathers/tracks about you?

NotWired collects information in several ways.

Personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, NotWired asks for your name, email address, and other personal information. The more information you volunteer, the better we are able to customize your experience. Once you register your organization and user name, you will be able to take full advantage of NotWired's many offerings.

Additionally, if you fill out additional email addresses for yourself or your colleagues, they are tracked and recorded. NotWired tracks suggestions, incoming emails and other direct contact with NotWired through the NotWired site. Promotions that require information entry are tracked.

Following is the list of required and optional personal information items we collect during signup process:
Name, address, phone, mobile phone, email, date of birth, organization name, organization address and organization phone

What this site does with the information it tracks?

We use the information to personalize the site to better your experience. This information is also used by our partners to target marketplaces that are more likely to do business with them.
We provide summaries, but not information directly about you or your organization, to advertisers so they can make advertising decisions. We do not pass your information directly to advertisers.
We analyze what you like and dislike based on usage to better our services.
We use information to send you information about our company and limited amounts of promotional material, and contact you about service updates when they occur or to notify you of changes to the agreements and policies. With whom we share information this site gathers/tracks?

We use demographic and profile data, which may either be obtained from you as a portion of the registration information or collected by us at NotWired or through our services, to tailor your experience at NotWired, show you content we think will interest you, and display the content according to your preferences. This demographic and profile data is shared with third parties but only on an aggregate basis. We will not disclose personal information without your permission.
Other companies which place advertising on our site may collect
information about you when you view or click on their advertising or
content. NotWired does not control this collection of information. You
should contact these advertisers or content providers directly if you
have any questions about their use of this information.
Participants that are expanding NotWired services and need to target a customer segment for the new service offering.

How you can access and update your information?

NotWired allows users and administrators to update personal and company information.

Follow these steps to modify your personal information:

1. Login into NotWired with your login information
2. Go to "My Desk" tab on navigation bar and click on "Personal Info" link.
3. Update your information and click save button

Follow these steps to modify your organization information. This is only available to your organization administrator:

1. Login into NotWired with your login information
2. Go to "Organization" tab on navigation bar and click on "Organization Info" link.
3. Update organization information and click save button

How can you delete your information?

You can remove your company and member information. This will remove all information except email addresses, names and other tracking information gathered on our site. Please send mail to NotWired, Inc, 1475 West Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60613 to be removed from NotWired.

What kind of security does NotWired have to protect your information?

We believe in strong security. Here are some steps we have taken to protect and preserve your information:

All access to NotWired systems is user ID and password protected so only you or your administrator have access to your personal information.
All our cookies that we place on your browser have strong encryption to protect your information in case your computer is lost or files are stolen.
Options exist to logout completely which will remove all cookies and make it impossible for someone to sit down on the same computer and use your account. We recommend complete logout or not to save user id and password information when on public computers.
Our production servers are locked in a room with access by limited personnel.
All information is stored on servers behind a firewall.
Every night your information is remotely backed up to a different location than the NotWired offices.
We periodically hire security experts to break into our systems.

Internet data transmission is not 100% secure. We strive to protect your personal information on our systems. No matter how much we strive to be secure, NotWired can not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk.

What control over your privacy do you have?

Upon registration with NotWired you can choose to receive information or not. You can always edit that information to change the status. Regarding advertisements that collect information about you, you will have to check with the advertising partner for their privacy policy.

What are cookies and how does NotWired use them?

NotWired and various portions of the services use cookies to (1) save your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you log in; (2) deliver content specific to your interests; and (3) keep track of your account state while you are using our services or visiting NotWired. Your information in cookies is encrypted to prevent unwanted sites from gathering your personal information. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you will not be able to access or use the services.

What is the Tell-A-Friend feature?

Tell-A-Friend feature allows you to tell your friends about NotWired. An email will be sent to your friends on your behalf with information about NotWired. Your friends email addresses will remain stored in our email database.

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our Web site.

NotWired and services contain links to other Web sites. This privacy policy only covers NotWired; it does not apply to any other Web site, including those Web-sites that we provide links to, or our partners. How will NotWired notify you of changes to this policy?

If we change the way we use your Personally Identifiable Information we will notify you by email. You will be given an option for consent or an alternative option to protect your Personally Identifiable Information.

How and when will NotWired communicate with me?

NotWired will communicate changes to the service, promotions, newsletters and tips about using the service.
