(www.notwired.com) today announces the launch of version 4.5 of the NotWired Mobile Office, adding email search, email communications logging, improved contact searching and SFA activity tracking to the repertoire of tools to be used by emerging enterprises. The entire suite of tools immediately enables an instant mobile office with no setup costs. NotWired Mobile Office offers business-class email, group scheduling, SFA and workflow management for professionals. NotWired is accessible via the Internet, wireless devices and PDAs.

What puts this service above other solutions? NotWired integrates email directly with personal and shared contact management to enable individuals and businesses to track communications on contacts. Email also works seamlessly with group scheduling and task management, for optimal productivity.

Now, NotWired users will be able to search their email folders to find information by key fields. When using business-class email with thousands of messages, it becomes critical to be able to locate email via searching. In addition to searches, NotWired 4.5 allows you to log the subject of the email into a contact’s notes/activity log. Message logging allows you to maintain a complete communications record for a contact or account.

In addition to email improvements, NotWired 4.5 improves the contact management search function. All contact selections allow a user to enter a last name or company name to locate contacts. This improvement makes scheduling events and activities faster and more productive for users.

Lastly, by adding SFA activity tracking to the standard applications, NotWired’s robust contact management system will allow users to view all current, past and future activities related to contacts. Activities, such as meetings, calls and todos, may be scheduled on contacts with notifications. Activities may be rescheduled or cleared with additional notes. All changes to activity data is noted on contact records.
