NotWired's system is a combination of HTML, Javascript and CGI scripts that run on your server. New applicants are captured by the server and stored on the local system. They are also sent to a designated email account.

The resume system can receive new applications from the server or email. New applicants are stored in a database as incoming applications. A resume review team can rank and categorize skills of the applications and assign attractive candidates to a contact person in the company. After assignment, the system tracks candidates through the interview process from application through offer/acceptance or rejection.
